Comments: Hello Terri and Bobby! Just looking at your new puppies! Tucker (Black Male #5 - Peyton & Noble) is doing great! He's a great help with the yard work (likes to drag the garden hose around)! Comments: Hi Terry and Bobby I am new to your site and I am just looking for a Great Dane. I heard that you just had a new litter of pups and I just wanted to check them out. thanks Rena
Comments: Hello Bobby and Terry, Just a quick note to see how you are doing. We like to check out your site to see how the kids are doing. Love ya
Comments: Heather - sure - but I'm not sure how to get your email address thru the guestbook?? I'd love to see pictures of Bleu if you have any electronic ones as well. If you can somehow get me your email I'll send some. Duke's been busy with the sod again today
Comments: Kelly, Can you Please send me some Pictures of Duke! I want to see if they look alike~ Looks like Terri Did a Perfect job in the affectionate area!!!
Comments: An update on Gemini, (Lexus and Sirius pup)
Gemini, is doing great! she will be 1 yr old on july 12th. I am geusing that she's about 100-105 lbs. She wont stand still long enough to measure her as she wants to inspect the tape measure, but come's even to my hip. She is stunning and turns heads everywhere we go. No more wallflower days!
She is a gentle giant that wants to befreind every dog she see's, and most humans as well. Though she is more shy with humans.
She also had a great fear of the vacume cleaner, but the wonder food (Peanut Butter), time, patience and a slow reintroduction to the noise making machine cured all. she now will follow me and play while I vacume.
She is great with the kids, and is a wonderful member of the family.
Thanks
Comments: In response to Heather's note - I have Bleu's brother - Male #3, Duke. Sounds like he's the same size as Bleu- I had him at the vet last week and when he finally stilled it stopped at 65lbs. He's growing like a weed...can't believe how tall he is. I just emailed Terri some pictures of Duke yesterday in fact. He's very affectionate as well - the only time he goes on the counter (so far) is if I have the other dogs food dishes up there...but as for regular food he hasn't gone up there for that - yet! Though I don't cook a lot so that probably helps
Comments:
I just wanted to let everyone know we have a Blue Dane from Terry- His Name is Bleu~ He will be 6 months Thursday! He is the best dog in the world! He is Funny too! But hates the Vaccum~ Gives me good reason not to have to clean all the time! Everywhere we go they ask "where is he from??" He is soo Handsome! I can not thank Terry enough for our Little baby! He has made our lives complete!!! He is so good (except for the self serve that he thinks the counter is~ but who's perfect anyway!

Comments: Hi Terri,
Just wanted to give you an update on Duke, blue fawn #1. He's 7 months old now, very handsome and sweeter then cotton candy. We'll all madly in love with him and I can't thank you enough for walking me through the process of living with this Gentle Giant, "my little boy "Duke". He's awesome and our 2 yr old Rocky the rotti just loves him and he seems to be adapting to our Calif. Palm Springs Sun. Last night for the first time he walked into the pool and realized how refreshing it was, now we'll have 2 wet dogs to enjoy. Rocky and Duke just completed a beginners dog training course and they both did excellent. Now I can finally clean all the doggy slobber off the SUV windows. I'll email you recent photo's of Duke.
Once again, Thank you

Comments: If you have been searching high and low for a new family member this is where you should stop! Terri is absolutely wonderful and so are her Danes. You can really tell that Terri and Bobby have a passion and love for their babies...it truly shows in the personality of all the dogs. We love our baby girl "Moon" so much and she's only been with us for one day! I could talk about her all day but i don't want to take up all the space in the guest book. We are very thankful to Terri and Bobby for our new addition to the family!
Comments: i just started looking for a great dane for my son we are interested in the Blue or the Black and White i will check back on the 28th to see the new additions.

Comments: I took home the 2nd blue male from Holly & Noble's litter on Sat 3/25. Like everyone else...my boy is a very happy guy. He fit right in and no accidents in the house so far!! We are learning to use the crate so Mom can leave him alone for a couple of minutes...definitely a work in process.
Terri & Bobby are great folks - obviously care a great deal about their Danes and vice-versa. They really were patient with me as this is my first Dane and I had a lot of questions.
Looking forward to meeting fellow pups at the reunion! Kelly
Comments: Hi! I have a beautiful 2yr old black great Dane named Duke. We are researching to find a pup sometime in the future. Great Danes are the best dogs. My 20 month old baby and my Dane are like Siamese twins !!! Hopefully we'll find a new baby Dane when my husband graduates. your dogs are fabulous!!
Comments: We officially adopted Bambi last Saturday. We have Bambi at home with our two other Danes, and we couldn't be happier. I think of Danes like pringles. You can't stop at one. We have three and looking through the pictures makes me want one more. Then I wake up in the morning and I am on the sofa and the dogs have the bed. Happiness is owning a great Dane.
Comments: We brougth home female #4 of Holly and Nobels litter yesterday. She is affectionately refered to as Emerson at home. She has jumped right into our lives. What a perfect little puppy. We love her!
Comments: Hi Terri, Just stopped by the site to check out the new litter pics! Cute as always! We've moved from Arizona to Pennsylvania. The boys have 4 acres to run free on now, and another 4 as soon as we can get the fence up! It's quite a change from the city park in Tucson. They love it! Though the snow and the frozen pond did confuse Clyde a first! No more picking cactus spines out of tails sounds great. Hope all is well Amy & Dan

I'm irish and my mom still to this day is trying to convince me that I want an Irish Wolfhound compared to the Great Dane, I definitly have a love for the Great Dane. I'm currently attending school so I just day dream about the day I can get my Great Dane. I know what I want him to look like and his name picked out. And as I've done research there is no other kennel I'd rather buy my Mac from then you guys. So when I'm ready to get my Mac you will certaintly know.
Comments: My future wife and I are moving into a house up the pass from colorado springs at the end of May. We really want a Great Dane and we would like to know if we can come out to your ranch to see the dogs and talk about adopting one at that time. Comments: I currently own 3 great danes, a harle, fawn and a black, and I wouldn't trade them for anything in the world, I totally agree with the person that said you have to accept them as part of your family, that is exactly what they are, they definitely are not like any other dog, they have such nobility and grace and the love and loyalty that go along with it is absolutely remarkable, I odedience train my danes, and make sure they are highly socialized thanks to our local dog club and our local farm supply store that lets me bring them in to meet people, it is great. My deepest sympathy goes out to the people that had someone shoot their beloved ax dog, I am very sorry for the loss, it can very hard to deal with. In our area there has been dog thefts, my danes are outside when I am gone to work so they can exercise, they all have nice big pens to run in but I also have a very heavy chain on there pen with a heavy padlock, I know it won't stop them if they really want my dog but maybe it will deter them.
Comments: Nine years ago, we were lucky enough to share our home with a Harlequin Male named Ax. We had found him through a friend that could no longer have Ax in his home. He grew fast and unfortunately, our friend did not have enough room for Ax to play. We had Ax in our family for three years; my youngest son was just a baby when Ax came to us. As Tim grew, so did Ax, and the love the two shared was amazing. At the time we had six children living at home, my three, and my husband's three. There was not a moment that went by and Ax did not have someone to play with. By the time Tim was four, something tragic happened to Ax, someone had come on our property and shot our beloved family member. It was the hardest thing we have every lived through. The damage was so severe, that we had no other choice than let Ax go and not suffer. We have multiple pictures of Ax and Tim playing out side, it was so cute, Tim was so small compared to his big playmate; for Tim’s third Halloween, and we dressed Tim up as a cowboy and Ax as a horse. I wish I could find the picture. I wish nothing had happen to the dear part of our family, I still cry when I think about how a horrible person could do something so mean and take something so wonderful from our family. My son is now 13, and we still talk about Ax and he remembers his playmate and how much fun he had and how much he loved that dog. Poor Tim had a very hard time sleeping for several weeks after the tragedy. One day, I would love nothing more than to bring another Dane into our home and to experience the joy the breed has to offer. They are such a smart loving breed of animal, they worm their way into your heart before you know it, you have be ready to allow this breed to be a member of your family and not a belonging, they are not a possession.
Comments: Teri! I stopped by the site to see how everything is going. Cydney is doing fine, we have just completed our third week at puppy class and as you are already aware, we have a extremely intelligent dog in our home, or at least at class. Evert night at home, its Dinner and a show from Cyd. She has a ongoing battle with her back paw when she lays down. The paw kicks her in the head and she bites the paw, the paw kicks her again and she bites it again and over and over and over. When do you think she will figure out that that thing is attached to her bod? We have been finding puppy teeth every ware, I thing she's close to being done. Her Dr apt to be spade is on the 17th and we will be in touch. I can't express our thanks enough for the wonderful addition to our family. Kind Regards G.
Comments: Hello Terri and Bobby
I just wanted to let you know that Brutus (Mickee and Sirius 01-16-2005 harlequin male pup #2) is doing great. Here are some more pictures of the baby http://www.imagestation.com/album/?id=2114924248 People still cannot get over that fact that he is so big and is still a puppy, people are always talking about how pretty he is and one of the best looking ones that they have seen and I just want to thank you again for breeding these wonderful dogs.

Comments: Bobby & Terri- I was disturbed to read Ziggy's story, and a while ago Quinns story! I think that people need to understand that becoming a GREAT DANE parent is a life time commitment ... you take the good with the bad ... YOU CANNOT GIVE UP!!!! Even so ... they were provided with all of your information to return the Dane if need be ... for whatever reason! People need to research the breed and make sure that a Dane is the right dog for their family. Owning a Dane or any pet for that matter requires 100% dedication and patience ... I hope you find that woman. GOOD LUCK! I also wanted to let you all know that the boys are doing great! We've been taking advantage of this wonderful weather we've been spoiled with! It's been nice to let the boys out to play everyday without coming in full of mud or soaking wet

keep up the good work
Comments: Thanks for placing the notice about Diamond brand recall's on dog food. Fortunately both Diane and I have chosen a holistic brand, Eagle Pack. and were not effected by the recall's for anyone interested in it Eagle pack has a special formula specific to giant breed puppy's and their growing needs. http://eaglepack.com/ it also provides a list of pet stores in you area that carry or can order it, by entering your zip code. Blessing's to all who have been effected and are now helping their beloved Danes to recover.
Comments: Wow, these pups are beautiful! I have been watching this site for some time now! Can't wait to see the next litter of little darlings. And I might add that Quin and Ziggy's ads are appauling!!! I guess I will never understand those kinds of people. Love this site though, I'm going to keep my eye out here! Take care!

Comments: I want to tell all of you about the recent scare that almost changed my life and ended my Great Dane, Troy's life. A year and a half ago I came across the penrose danes through puppyfind. It was love at first sight for me. I made the arrangements with Terri to have my puppy flown into New York and wanted to do nothing but the best for my boy. Troy is the smartest, most beautiful well tempermented dane. I love him so much I don't have the words to describe it and Penrose is the best when it comes to breeding the best. I am a little surprised though that there is nothing on the web site that warns anyone of the Diamond Brand Dog Food. When I recieved Troy and his care package Diamond Brand was recommended as the best food to feed him, and even though I could not purchase it in Manhattan, I felt it was that important to get it for him and so I did. I would travel every month to a different borough to get it. It was not until last week that I found out on the internet that the food was poisioning and killing dogs in certain areas of the U.S. Mine being one of them. I immediately ran to my vet and had troy checked for liver damage and I am so very happy to report that it was very slight and Troy will be fine. What happened was when Troy began to show symptoms such as weight loss, loss of appetite and sluggishness, I strangely decided to change his dog food, just because. I can't explain it, I just did. Unfortunately he got a little dose of the poison while I was weening him off of Diamond Brand, however, not enough to end his life or damage his liver beyond repair. I can't tell you how sick I felt while I was waiting for the results. Now, I know my Troy is going to be okay and I thank God for that and giving me great instincts. I really think there should have been something posted on your web site for the families that didn't know or perhaps a phone call or message warning me since you do recommend Diamond Brand to your customers. I left a message for you to call me but I never recieved a response, so I just wanted to let you know that Troy will be fine, it will take a month or so for him to completely recover but he is looking good so far and he is very special and very loved. |
