Comments: Magnolia is doing very well and the biggest sweetest dog ever! Found out she does not settle well with lamb, so she is purely on chicken now! She has such a personality! She loves her family more than anything, and wants to be with us all the time! She loves the couch, and considers our kids the best thing in the world! However, we bring her out in the front yard with us and she demands to go back inside! Whoever heard of a dog who prefers the couch vs. the outside?! Least we don't have to worry about her running away! Maggie is so awesome!

Comments: Terry & Bobby, It has been a long time since I have updated you. Both Dillinger and Madison are doing great. I can't belive that they are almost 8 yrs old. Just had them at the vet for their yearly check. The doctor said they look very good for their age and no problems with blood work!!! He loves them, well who doesn't. They were perfect weight and everything. They are starting to grey a bit, but don't we all with age. Madison is still as crazy in the snow as she was since she was a puppy.. Dillinger not so much. Comments: Hello I have just learned about the Great Danes you all raise and adopt to good homes. I work in the city of Fountain and one of the firefighter I work with at the fire station has two of your wonderfully friendly and gentle Great Danes. I have always wanted to rescue one or two of these beautifully docile dogs. We are getting ready to move into Woodland Park from Colorado Springs. We will be moving in about two months and we would absolutely love to find out more information about the dogs before we move into a home in Woodland Park so that we will be able to find a home with adequate space, room for running, and what kind of environment these pups do best in. please if you could let us know the pricing for the puppies and adult Great Danes we would greatly appreciate it. Comments: Terri, Just sending a hello from Pueblo West. We adopted Khloe in 3/09. She is doing very well. She had a mishap at the age of 5 months and fractured her femur. She had to have surgery where they placed a plate and nine screws. She recovered fine and you wouldn't even know she had broken her leg. She made it through the beginners training and is moving on to the intermediate training. She does very well with the three boys and thinks that she is just one of the kids. Comments: Dear Terry & Bobby, It has been just about a year since I touched base with you. Dillinger and Madison turned the big 7 this year. They bring me such joy! We all three have been doing well on our own. We did however purchase a bigger vehicle so all of us +1 could travel together. They are just still so full of energy. I notice Dill slowing from time to time, but he and Maddie can get to running in the back yard. I took them to the vet for checkup and any need shots. He said Maddie was spot on with her weight (138) but that Dillinger (165) could loose a few pounds like about 5. This is coming from the vet who could loose about250. He said they were in great shape and that all the blood work he took came back normal. I am so happy. I know they are 7 and yes that crosses the back of my mind from time to time. But you know each day is a day of love and understanding and I could not ask for anything better. For those that are interested go to www.youtube.com and type in God and Dog. Comments: My family and I have a great love for Danes and want to add a Dane to our family. I enjoyed your page, but was deeply saddened by the blatant mistreatment of the dogs by those who did not adhere to the contract agreement. How could anyone mistreat such a gentle giant?

His name is Dugmo and He is White with Black spots around his eyes and on his rear above his tail. Dug went missing on Saturday, August 29th and I still haven't found him. Comments: Well, we are addicted to Danes now having added another puppy to the mix. Just four months ago we got our Loki and just four days ago we got Luci. I am not allowed to look at your website anymore, according to Jason, because he fears I will fall in love with another puppy and we will have to buy a bigger house with a bigger yard, not to mention a couch just for them. Luci has transitioned to our home so well and Loki just adores her as does our Golden, Samson. From the pictures alone, we were rather smitten with Loki, but actually getting to see him, well, I think we fell in love with the "little" guy. He is such a pretty boy. And Roo and Noble are gorgeous. Too bad the snow made us leave so quickly! It was a heck of a drive back up (4hrs) to the Springs, but it was well worth it. I cannot wait to pick Loki up in two weeks!
Comments: People find soul mates in one another every day. But it is not often that you find a "soul mate" in a dog. Well I was blessed enough to find such a match in my great dane, Dexter. He has been gone for four years now and I miss him as much today as the day he was put down (liver failure). I still cry when I'm alone and I have been unable to look at another Dane without shedding a tear. I was on line researching other breeds, when I couldn't help but google Great Danes. Just a glimpse, I promised myself. That's when I came across your site. Your puppies are beautiful and it reminded me of a passage I read in a dog book last week...Once you have a great dane in your life, you will always want a great dane in your life. The writer was right. As soon as I can find financing I hope to add a Penrose pup to my family.

Comments: Terri, We are so happy with our new family member, Clarence. He fit right in immediately and it is almost like we always had him. Kara (our special needs Dane) is very happy to have him here. Both dogs recieved a spa treatment today including a shampoo, conditioning and massage. Clarence can now walk on our wood floors after getting a toe nail clipping today. They will be ready for Christmas company and festivities. So it is just the three of us now and we are loving life. We have made new friends with a black lab/newfoundland mix named Daisy along with two Austrilian Shepherds name Solo and Milly. All five get along great, but it is a house full of dog!! I still look back at their baby pictures and can't believe that it has been so long since I got them. Seems like yesterday. I thought you might enjoy knowing that Troy is also very loving and our giant lap dog, but when it comes to his Daddy there is nothing that can distract him from leaving his side, not for a second! I am the one who does all the training, feeding, etc. and he loves me but his dad is the apple of his eye! When I read your comment, I thought, whew... It's not me! lol. Comments: Hello, It sounds like all is going well on your end, sorry to read about all the people that just give up on animals. We still have Cooper our Boxer that we got from you many years ago, I want to say he is 9 years old now. Still very spoiled and still as cute as ever, if you send an email to me I will send you some of the cutest pictures of him. We have since adopted another boxer, she is brindle and flashy and she is 4 years old, they get along great, she is always fussing over Cooper. We are very greatful that you were breeding boxers at the time we got him. He has had a lot of trips to the emergency vet because he likes to eat everything! He has eaten sheets, blankets, carpet, trash from the bathroom, a corn cob that thank god they were able to get him to throw up or it would have meant surgery, he is like a little baby, we have to watch him all the time. He looks so happy when he gets a hold of something and then miserable after he eats it! Very funny boy!! We always say he must be part cat and that he has nine 9 lives!!
