Comments: Magnolia is doing very well and the biggest sweetest dog ever! Found out she does not settle well with lamb, so she is purely on chicken now! She has such a personality! She loves her family more than anything, and wants to be with us all the time! She loves the couch, and considers our kids the best thing in the world! However, we bring her out in the front yard with us and she demands to go back inside! Whoever heard of a dog who prefers the couch vs. the outside?! Least we don't have to worry about her running away! Maggie is so awesome!
Comments: We are all so excited to pick up our puppy in a few weeks! This is a wonderful site and you are so very helpful. Thanks for putting up with me and all the questions I am sure will follow!
Comments: Just wanted to let you know I stopped by your site and I LOVE all your dogs, they are GORGEOUS. I hope we can adopt one sometime soon. ![]()
Comments: Terry & Bobby, It has been a long time since I have updated you. Both Dillinger and Madison are doing great. I can't belive that they are almost 8 yrs old. Just had them at the vet for their yearly check. The doctor said they look very good for their age and no problems with blood work!!! He loves them, well who doesn't. They were perfect weight and everything. They are starting to grey a bit, but don't we all with age. Madison is still as crazy in the snow as she was since she was a puppy.. Dillinger not so much. He and I feel the same way about the snow!!! Well all is well here hope you are doing well also. Blessings, Sherri
Comments: Hello- So glad I found your website! Its amazing! You are very professional and have lots of great information!
Comments: I just wanted to take the opportunity to say hello and to let you know that Ellie, Murphy and Annie are doing wonderful. They are happy and healthy. They even let me set on the couch and sleep in the bed every now and then.
Comments: This site rocks, we can't wait to hear back from you and meet all the puppies. We hope to be the proud parents of a wonderful Dane puppy soon!

Comments: We can't wait to meet the next member of our family! Troy, Jamie and Piper
Comments: We miss out Penrose Great Dane, Bo, so much. He died recently, and I still go back to your website to visit his puppy pictures. We have since adopted a shelter dog, who is much loved and spoiled. But she is not a Dane - they are such a special breed of dog. At some point I will be looking for another Bo to join our canine family. Wendy Engles Auburn, NE
Comments: Hi, I'm Christine and I'm looking to adopt a great dane!! I am ssssoooo Excited!
Comments: Hurray!!! Thanks for the great news
Comments: Hello I have just learned about the Great Danes you all raise and adopt to good homes. I work in the city of Fountain and one of the firefighter I work with at the fire station has two of your wonderfully friendly and gentle Great Danes. I have always wanted to rescue one or two of these beautifully docile dogs. We are getting ready to move into Woodland Park from Colorado Springs. We will be moving in about two months and we would absolutely love to find out more information about the dogs before we move into a home in Woodland Park so that we will be able to find a home with adequate space, room for running, and what kind of environment these pups do best in. please if you could let us know the pricing for the puppies and adult Great Danes we would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for your dedication to these animals and the hard work you do to make sure they all go to good homes. The Duncan family is excited to hear from you. Sincerely Adam, Tarah, Riley, and Noah
Comments: Dear Aggie, Please come in heat very soon. We can hardly wait for our new blue puppy ![]()
Comments: Hi guys I just want to let you know what a wonderful job you doing we don't have great Danes from you yet , but checking your side for quite a while and all i really want to say is everyone should have a "wanted list" and i think all this ppl. will be found sooner or later these are selfish ppl ,there really don't care after the cute little pups grow big, i wish you good luck in finding each and everyone listed!!!!
Comments: Terri, Just sending a hello from Pueblo West. We adopted Khloe in 3/09. She is doing very well. She had a mishap at the age of 5 months and fractured her femur. She had to have surgery where they placed a plate and nine screws. She recovered fine and you wouldn't even know she had broken her leg. She made it through the beginners training and is moving on to the intermediate training. She does very well with the three boys and thinks that she is just one of the kids. I'll have to send some pictures soon. Nate
Comments: Dear Terry & Bobby, It has been just about a year since I touched base with you. Dillinger and Madison turned the big 7 this year. They bring me such joy! We all three have been doing well on our own. We did however purchase a bigger vehicle so all of us +1 could travel together. They are just still so full of energy. I notice Dill slowing from time to time, but he and Maddie can get to running in the back yard. I took them to the vet for checkup and any need shots. He said Maddie was spot on with her weight (138) but that Dillinger (165) could loose a few pounds like about 5. This is coming from the vet who could loose about250. He said they were in great shape and that all the blood work he took came back normal. I am so happy. I know they are 7 and yes that crosses the back of my mind from time to time. But you know each day is a day of love and understanding and I could not ask for anything better. For those that are interested go to www.youtube.com and type in God and Dog. If that does not make you cry... Sunshine, Sherri, Dillinger & Madison!!!!!! xxxxxxxxx
Comments: My family and I have a great love for Danes and want to add a Dane to our family. I enjoyed your page, but was deeply saddened by the blatant mistreatment of the dogs by those who did not adhere to the contract agreement. How could anyone mistreat such a gentle giant?
Comments: My husband and I really enjoyed visiting you and your "four legged kids" today. We can't wait to get another Dane to add to our family! ~Heather
Comments: It was so great to meet you and the "kids" today. Your website is so helpful, seeing the dogs in person really helped us decide on which male & female pair would suit us best. We are so very excited about bringing home our Stetson/Aggie boy this Spring!
Comments: Dear Dane Lovers- I got my very first Great Dane from Terri and Bobby in November. He is the light of my life. His name is Dugmo and He is White with Black spots around his eyes and on his rear above his tail. Dug went missing on Saturday, August 29th and I still haven't found him. Please help me by sending good vibes for a safe return, or by looking for him if you live the the Colorado area. He disappeared from Highlands Ranch Pkwy and Lucent in Highlands Ranch. Thank you for all of your help. Mauri
Comments: Well, we are addicted to Danes now having added another puppy to the mix. Just four months ago we got our Loki and just four days ago we got Luci. I am not allowed to look at your website anymore, according to Jason, because he fears I will fall in love with another puppy and we will have to buy a bigger house with a bigger yard, not to mention a couch just for them. Luci has transitioned to our home so well and Loki just adores her as does our Golden, Samson. We thank you so much for your willingness to be there when we have a question and for the information you provide in the puppy packets. I have learned so much and am continuing to educate myself so I can be a good Dane mommy! We will definitely send pics and updates as our babies get bigger, bigger, and bigger! Take care! The Caswell's
Comments: Our family adopted Lady (an adult) in December and we just wanted to tell everyone how wonderful a dog she is! She has become a surprisingly huge part of our everyday lives and everyone loves her. Thank you for helping us find this wonderful, healthy dog!
Comments: Thank you so much for the last 8 years with my best friend Louie. He brightened every day with his humor, love, class and intelligence. It is impossible to overstate how wonderful a dog Louie was. We will be looking for another Dane from you, because they are the sweetest dogs imaginable from folks who care deeply about our four-legged children. Thank you Thank you Thank you.
Comments: Thank you for letting us come down and see the doggies and meet the new puppies. Seeing how our children reacted around the big dogs help us decide on a puppy rather then an adult doggie. We are so excited to bring out Chloe home!
Comments: Love your website! It really shows how much you care for your four legged kids!
Comments: Hi Terri and Bobby, We are so happy to let you know that our 2 Great Dane puppies (both from your September 15, 2008 Mercedes x Clyde litter) - Angus and Earl are doing GREAT! They are getting big and when we take them to the Dog Park, people just adore them. We are very proud of them both and cannot believe they are already 8 months old! Thank you for our two beautiful boys! Have a great day!
Comments: We love your Dane family. Your website is great. We hope to be adding a new family member soon. Thank You

Comments: Inquiring about some blue girls. I hope we may be right for them and they for us! We've searched 2 years before deciding on a breed and have fallen in love with blue danes.
Comments: Well, I just got my 3rd Great Dane from you! Scooby, 11 years ago--Chevelle, 2 years ago--and now I will be getting Zephyr next week. I'm so excited!! Three Danes all in one house. WOW--I love them so much! Best dogs ever. Looking forward to the reunions as always.
Comments: Thank you for letting us come down yesterday to check out the puppies. From the pictures alone, we were rather smitten with Loki, but actually getting to see him, well, I think we fell in love with the "little" guy. He is such a pretty boy. And Roo and Noble are gorgeous. Too bad the snow made us leave so quickly! It was a heck of a drive back up (4hrs) to the Springs, but it was well worth it. I cannot wait to pick Loki up in two weeks!
Comments: People find soul mates in one another every day. But it is not often that you find a "soul mate" in a dog. Well I was blessed enough to find such a match in my great dane, Dexter. He has been gone for four years now and I miss him as much today as the day he was put down (liver failure). I still cry when I'm alone and I have been unable to look at another Dane without shedding a tear. I was on line researching other breeds, when I couldn't help but google Great Danes. Just a glimpse, I promised myself. That's when I came across your site. Your puppies are beautiful and it reminded me of a passage I read in a dog book last week...Once you have a great dane in your life, you will always want a great dane in your life. The writer was right. As soon as I can find financing I hope to add a Penrose pup to my family.
Comments: I stumbled upon your websites while looking for blue dane breeders, as I am researching breeders to possibly purchase my second dane in the summer/fall. I love the fact your extended dane families all stay in contact will you, and your pups are beautiful. Shanna, NY
Comments: Hi, I was curious as to how much your puppies cost. We just lost our baby Thor (9yrs) to cancer today, we love the breed and would like to have another. Thanks
Comments: Just wanted to say Hi! It's Clydes 6th Brithday today! He's from the Maclayne/Zeus litter of 2 on 3/5/2003. I can't believe our little boy is 6, that makes Loki almost 7! Clyde is doing great! He's healthy and loves being a big lazy couch potato. Hope all is well with you.
Comments: your puppies are beautiful and i love theire colors and i can tell you trutly love them and wants what is best for them
Comments: Hey, We absolutely love our dane puppy! Though she isn't much of a puppy anymore! We are thinking of getting another one her soon, my husband would like a male mantle! We check back to your website all time!
Comments: SOME HOW WITH A GREAT STROKE OF LUCK I STUMBLED UPON YOUR WEBSITE. WE HAVE OWNED TWO GREAT DANES OVER THE YEARS AND WHAT A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. NOW I SET IN MY COMPUTER ROOM AND LOOK AT MY GREAT DANE CALANDER AND THINK ITS TIME FOR A NEW FAMILY MEMBER. I WILL BE WATCHING YOUR WEBSITE AND WHEN WE MAKE A DECISION WE WILL BE DRIVING FROM UPSTATE NY TO MEET YOU AND THE BEAUTIFUL PUPS. PLUS IT WILL GIVE US A EXCUSE TO SEE THE BEAUTIFUL STATE OF COLORADO. OUR FIRST GD NAME WAS QUINN AND I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW QUINN YOUR RESCUE GD WITH THE SCARS IS DOING?
Comments: Terri and Bobby~ Happy New Year from Mauri and Dugmo!!! What a wonderful pup you provided for me. I love him more everyday and am so grateful to you guys. All our best!!! Mauri and Dug
Comments: Terri, We are so happy with our new family member, Clarence. He fit right in immediately and it is almost like we always had him. Kara (our special needs Dane) is very happy to have him here. Both dogs recieved a spa treatment today including a shampoo, conditioning and massage. Clarence can now walk on our wood floors after getting a toe nail clipping today. They will be ready for Christmas company and festivities. Hope Bobby isn't working too hard on the house and again, Thank you for a wonderful Dane. Warmest Holiday Wishes, Kristopher, Jennifer, Julianna, Kennedy, Eleanor, Clarence, Kara, Drake (just the cat).
Comments: Hi Terry and Bobby! Our beloved Angus is 11 weeks old today! He has already brought so much joy and laughter to our family, even in this short period of time. He is learning very quickly and is beginning to understand the 'sit' command. Our Jack Russell Terrier named Marichka adores him and they are the best of friends. We are so happy with him and we will keep you updated on his progress. Thank you for our big beautiful Angus.
Comments: Just dropping you a note to let you know that Dillinger and Madison, now six years old are doing wonderful in our new home. They moved to Loveland with me in May. So it is just the three of us now and we are loving life. We have made new friends with a black lab/newfoundland mix named Daisy along with two Austrilian Shepherds name Solo and Milly. All five get along great, but it is a house full of dog!! I still look back at their baby pictures and can't believe that it has been so long since I got them. Seems like yesterday. So Dillinger and Madison say HI!! and give you hugs and kisses.. as only a Dane can do.Blessings, Sherri
Comments: Hey Pamela & Mitchell: I also have a dane from Emma & Sullivan's litter from 4 years ago. I guess they are Brother & sister! Ironically, you named yours Paris & ours is Troy! I thought you might enjoy knowing that Troy is also very loving and our giant lap dog, but when it comes to his Daddy there is nothing that can distract him from leaving his side, not for a second! I am the one who does all the training, feeding, etc. and he loves me but his dad is the apple of his eye! When I read your comment, I thought, whew... It's not me! lol. If you see this post I would love to see some pics of Paris! Thanks, Katie in NY
Comments: Hi Terri! Just thought I'd drop you a note and tell you Brahma is doing wonderfully. He's the smartest dog! We're more and more impressed with him everyday, and he and Tahoe just have a blast playing together. Take care!
Comments: Hello, It sounds like all is going well on your end, sorry to read about all the people that just give up on animals. We still have Cooper our Boxer that we got from you many years ago, I want to say he is 9 years old now. Still very spoiled and still as cute as ever, if you send an email to me I will send you some of the cutest pictures of him. We have since adopted another boxer, she is brindle and flashy and she is 4 years old, they get along great, she is always fussing over Cooper. We are very greatful that you were breeding boxers at the time we got him. He has had a lot of trips to the emergency vet because he likes to eat everything! He has eaten sheets, blankets, carpet, trash from the bathroom, a corn cob that thank god they were able to get him to throw up or it would have meant surgery, he is like a little baby, we have to watch him all the time. He looks so happy when he gets a hold of something and then miserable after he eats it! Very funny boy!! We always say he must be part cat and that he has nine 9 lives!! God Bless you, We love him very much and just wanted to thank you again for him! Kirk and Holly Hertzog
Comments: I love your site and all of your Great Danes dogs. I can't wait to com and pick up my puppy Lucy! |
